The 24th Annual Sylvania Spring Expo presented by Dave White Chevrolet & Great Lakes Chevy Dealers is a valuable marketing tool for your business or organization to increase visibility, showcase your products and services, and connect face-to-face with potential new customers and business contacts.

Each year, the Sylvania Spring Expo attracts over 2,000 attendees, features over 100 businesses, and provides the local community with free, family activities that encourage attendance and engagement. The event is designed to be a community-focused celebration of the variety of businesses and organizations in and around Sylvania.

Whether you are looking to build brand awareness, generate new leads, strengthen customer relationships, or introduce your business to the community, the Sylvania Spring Expo offers an impactful opportunity to make meaningful connections.

NEW THIS YEAR:

• Exhibitor Breakfast Program: Exhibitors are invited to kick off the day with a breakfast program before the Expo opens. Generously sponsored by Mercy Health, the program will feature a brief educational presentation, opportunities to connect and network with fellow exhibitors, and a delicious breakfast to fuel you for the day ahead.
• Expo Brochure: Exhibitors have the opportunity to advertise in our printed Expo brochure, which will be distributed to the first 1,000 attendees. The brochure will include a directory of all participating exhibitors, along with a limited number of advertising spaces available exclusively to exhibitors. To reserve your ad space, simply select this add-on during registration.

Important Registration Dates:

• Wednesday, November 4, 2026 - Early Bird Registration Opens
• Monday, January 11, 2027 - Early Bird Registration Closes
• Friday, March 12, 2027 - Expo Registration Closes. Any registrations beyond this date must be processed by our staff by calling 419-882-2135 and will incur an additional $50 late registration fee.

  • Single Booth (10'x10')
    • Early Bird Rate: $300
    • Regular Rate (after 1/11/27): $400
  • Double Booth (10'x20')
    • Early Bird Rate: $450
    • Regular Rate (after 1/11/27): $550
  • Vehicle in a Double Booth (10'x20') - limited number of spaces available
    • Early Bird Rate: Not Available
    • Regular Rate: $625
• Non-Chamber Member Rates:​
  • Single Booth (10'x10')
    • Early Bird Rate: $500
    • Regular Rate (after 1/11/27): $600
  • Double Booth (10'x20')
    • Early Bird Rate: $700
    • Regular Rate (after 1/11/27): $800

Registration fee includes:

• Booth space
  • Pipe and drape backdrop (full backdrop and half-height on each side)
  • One (1) eight-foot table (up to two tables for double booths; vehicle booths are required to provide their own smaller table)
  • Two (2) chairs (up to four chairs for double booths)
• Buffet breakfast featuring educational program and networking
• One (1) boxed lunch; option to purchase additional lunches during registration
