Craft & Farmers Market: Saturday & Sunday - $200.00 - Application period has closed.

Organizations: Sunday Only - $150.00 - Application period has closed. 

FOOD TRUCKS: We are no longer accepting food trucks.

2024 Event Rules & Registration Guidelines

• Only Craft/Farmer’s Market and Organizations will be accepted. If you do not fall within these parameters, please contact our office at admin@sylvaniachamber.org

• Craft-type vendors must submit their registration & payment through online registration. Photos must be submitted to admin@sylvaniachamber.org

• Full payment must be made online at the time of registration. Unpaid registrations will NOT be considered by the committee. 

• All completed registration submissions will be reviewed by a selection committee.

• Crafters/Farmer's Market vendors must participate BOTH days of the event.

• Organizations participate on Sunday ONLY

• We prohibit the distribution of candy for all parade participants.

• Parade registration is open to organizations, clubs, schools and teams. If you do not fall within these parameters, please contact our office at admin@sylvaniachamber.org

• Don't forget your entertainment element! Parade Marshals and Emcees will be awarding in the following categories: Best In Parade, Best Community Spirit, and Grand Marshal's Pick.
