IMPORTANT NOTE: This event registration page is designed for market vendor application submission. If you are a Fall Festival attendee, we invite you to visit our Fall Festival website with full event details and our weekend schedule.
2026 Vendor Registration Guidelines
- Only Craft/Farmer’s Market and Community Organizations will be accepted.
- Full payment must be made online at the time of registration. Unpaid registrations will NOT be considered by the committee.
- Craft Vendors are required to submit three (3) photos showcasing their product and vendor set-up via email to chiatt@sylvaniachamber.org in order to be considered.
- All completed registration submissions will be reviewed by a selection committee.
- Crafters/Farmer's Market vendors must participate BOTH days of the event.
- Organizations participate on Sunday ONLY
2026 Vendor Application Timeline
- May 8, 2026 - Application Period Opens
- June 19, 2026 - Application Period Closes
- June 30, 2026 - Vendors will be notified of their selection status (those not selected will receive a full refund)
