Description
Ribbon cutting ceremony for the official opening of TMI's first ever physical location followed by an Open House till 7:30pm. Toledo Mindfulness Institute's mission is to nurture resilience and wellbeing through integrating authentic mindfulness practice and modern day life. Offering a weekly schedule of yoga classes and sound baths, Mindfulness trainings, Mindful personal fitness training, and mindfulness 1-1 coaching.
