Sylvania Community Services is seeking a full-time Facilities Assistant. The Facilities Assistant supports the Facilities Director in maintaining, cleaning, repairing, and managing Sylvania Community Services’ facilities. This full-time position includes 25 hours per week dedicated to cleaning the Marshall Childcare Center, with the remaining time spent assisting with organization-wide maintenance and learning all aspects of the Facilities Director’s role to serve as a trained backup. General cleaning duties include wiping down tables and chairs, cleaning sinks, restrooms, countertops, cupboards and drinking fountains, emptying trash, sweeping, mopping and vacuuming. Biweekly dusting, cleaning windows and sweeping front entrance. Pay range: Starting at $15.00 per hour based on experience Expected hours: 17.5 hours per week, 5:30pm – 9pm Schedule: Monday to Friday Application
