The Credit Analyst evaluates the creditworthiness and financial condition of individuals, businesses and other commercial borrowers to support sound lending decisions. This role analyzes tax returns, financial statements, cash flow, credit history, industry conditions, and loan structures while preparing credit recommendations for lenders and credit committees. Qualifications: • Associate’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field preferred. • 2+ years of experience in credit analysis, banking, underwriting, financial analysis, or a related field. • Strong understanding of financial statements and business financial analysis. • Knowledge of general lending principles, credit risk assessment, and loan structuring. • Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
