Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Concrete Finisher/Laborer to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in shaping durable, high-quality concrete structures and assisting with various construction tasks. Duties

• Prepare concrete forms, molds, and reinforcement such as rebar installation to ensure proper support of poured concrete structures
• Operate pumps, power tools, and hand tools to mix, pour, and finish concrete surfaces with precision
• Finish concrete surfaces by smoothing, leveling, and applying textures using trowels, floats, and other finishing tools
• Assist with site preparation including heavy lifting of materials, layout reading from blueprints and setting up formwork
• Operate heavy equipment safely for tasks like concrete pumping or site excavation while adhering to all safety protocols

Requirements

• Prior experience working on construction sites with knowledge of concrete finishing techniques and general construction practices highly preferred
• Mechanical knowledge of tools such as power drills, saws, and other hand tools
• Ability to read blueprints accurately for precise project execution
• Physical stamina for heavy lifting, standing for extended periods, and working in various weather conditions
• Familiarity with safety procedures related to heavy equipment operation and construction site hazards
• Strong teamwork skills with the ability to follow detailed instructions
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required (Class A CDL is a plus)
