Sylvania Community Services is seeking a full-time Lead Preschool Teacher to join our expanding early learning team at our new Marshall Child Care Center! In this leadership role, you’ll create and implement developmentally appropriate lesson plans using approved curriculum, support children’s social-emotional and academic development, and maintain compliance with state regulations and Step Up To Quality standards. You’ll also serve as a role model for professionalism, safety, and communication — working closely with families and fellow educators to provide a nurturing, engaging environment for preschool-aged children.
