The ideal candidate is proficient in: Operation of Route Truck: Safely operate a route truck to transport and deliver portable restrooms to assigned locations according to established routes and schedules Adhere to all traffic and safety regulations, ensuring the safe operation of the delivery vehicle and equipment Drop-Offs and Pick-Ups: Efficiently load and unload portable restrooms onto the delivery truck, ensuring secure placement and adherence to safety protocols Set up and arrange portable restrooms at event sites, construction sites, and other designated locations, ensuring proper positioning and accessibility guidelines Waste Collection and Disposal: Service and clean portable restrooms, including emptying waste tanks and replenishing supplies to maintain cleanliness and functionality - following company MILITARY CLEAN standards Documentation and Communication: Utilize company tablet to record delivery and service details accurately Communicate effectively with customers and respond to inquiries or concerns in a professional and courteous manner Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine vehicle inspections, maintenance checks, and report any mechanical issues or maintenance needs to the appropriate personnel Maintain an organized workspace within the delivery vehicle and follow company policies for cleanliness and organization Report any incidents, accidents, or irregularities to management promptly Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Experience in operating delivery vehicles, preferably with knowledge of driving routes. Ability to lift, push, and pull heavy objects (up to 100 pounds) and perform physical tasks associated with loading, unloading, and servicing portable restrooms. Strong physical fitness and endurance to meet the demands of the position. Strong organizational and time management skills to adhere to delivery schedules and service requirements. Detail-oriented with the ability to accurately complete documentation and maintain records. Customer-focused mindset with a professional and friendly demeanor. Ability to work independently and make decisions within company guidelines. Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and overtime during peak periods.
