Direct Support Professional (DSP) / Caregiver: Make a Difference Every Day! Support individuals with developmental disabilities through personal care, daily living, and community activities. Foster independence, provide transportation, and help create meaningful, fulfilling lives.
Pay: $17/hour + overtime + location + shift premium opportunities
Location: Lucas and Wood County, OH
Schedule: Full-time and Part-time 2nd and 3rd shift
Qualifications:
- High school diploma/GED
- Must be 18+
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and clean driving record (fewer than 6 points)
- Auto insurance
- Ability to pass required background checks
- No prior experience required – paid training provided
NURSE (RN or LPN) / RESIDENTIAL SUPERVISOR
Full-Time | Lucas & Wood Counties, OH
Schedule: Full-time with an on-call weekend rotation
The Epilepsy Center of Northwest Ohio is seeking a Nursing & Residential Supervisor (RN or LPN) to support individuals receiving residential and waiver services. This role combines nursing and leadership, including healthcare coordination, staff training, compliance oversight, and supervision of a small caseload of waiver homes. If you're a licensed nurse who enjoys leadership and person-centered care, this is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals with developmental disabilities.
Qualifications:
- Current, active RN or LPN license in the State of Ohio
- 1–3 years of experience in developmental disabilities, caregiving, or human services
- Prior supervisory/leadership experience preferred
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and clean driving record
- Ability to pass required background checks
