Website and Social Media Maintenance Specialist and/or Front Desk Receptionist

We are looking for one or two team members to join us part time. If you’re interested in even just one of these roles, we’d like to talk to you! 

Are you a multitasking wizard with a knack for online and in-person communication? We're on the lookout for a versatile individual to fill the roles of both Website & Social Media Maintenance Specialist and Front Desk Receptionist at our holistic wellness facility specializing in Myofascial Release, physical therapy, massage therapy, and quantum healing modalities!

**Responsibilities:**

**Website and Social Media Maintenance:**
- Maintain and update our website using the Wix platform, ensuring it reflects our brand identity and delivers an exceptional user experience.
- Regularly update website content, including information about our services, practitioners, and events.
- Manage social media accounts on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn, creating and scheduling engaging content to promote our services and connect with our community.
- Monitor social media channels for customer inquiries, comments, and messages, and respond promptly and professionally.

**Front Desk Receptionist:**
- Greet and assist clients with warmth and professionalism as they arrive at our facility.
- Manage appointments and schedule clients for Myofascial Release, physical therapy, massage therapy, and quantum healing sessions.
- Answer phone calls and respond to email inquiries, providing information about our services and scheduling appointments.
- Perform administrative tasks such as filing, organizing client records, and processing payments.
- Maintain a clean and inviting reception area to create a welcoming atmosphere for our clients.

**Additional Duties:**
- Perform light laundry duties, including washing, drying, and folding linens used on treatment tables.
- Ensure treatment rooms are stocked with clean linens and supplies for each client appointment.
- Assist practitioners with preparing treatment rooms and ensuring they are tidy and organized between appointments.

**Requirements:**

- Proficiency in using the Wix website platform and familiarity with website design principles.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging content.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in customer service or receptionist roles preferred.
