If you identify a need for additional assets, custom marketing materials, or specific tools to help you close a deal, we will work with you to create them. Your Roadmap to Success (The Path to W2) We believe in rewarding results with stability. Our 3-tier progression plan offers a transparent path to a full-time, benefited career: Tier 1 (The Specialist): Start as a 1099 Contractor with a high-upside commission structure. Tier 2 (The Partner): Upon reaching your first 6 sales (an easily attainable benchmark), you will receive a guaranteed monthly retainer in addition to your commissions. Tier 3 (The Core Team): After your 10th sale, you transition to a Full-Time W2 Employee with 100% employer-paid health insurance. What You’ll Do The Hunt: Proactively identify and connect with new clients through cold calling, professional networking, and business development. The Close: Manage a short-to-medium sales cycle with deal sizes ranging from $1,750 to $20,000. The Nurture: You are the face of the relationship. You will keep the connection alive post-sale, ensuring long-term client satisfaction and identifying future growth opportunities. Compensation & Perks Aggressive Commissions: Earn between 10% and 100% per sale (based on service type). Residual Payout Model: To ensure your cash flow remains steady, we pay 50% upfront at close, followed by 25% in month two, and 25% in month three.
