TLC Transit provides a Safe, Reliable and Friendly assisted passenger transportation solution for the Greater Toledo Area.

TLC Transit primarily serves those who need Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT) and Student Transportation.
We actively partner with and support our local school districts, programs, skilled nursing, and medical facilities to break transportation barriers. We serve people of all ages from infants to elderly.

TLC Transit is a family-owned business serving the Greater Toledo Area since 2017. With decades of experience in the public passenger transportation sector, Jon Elston—our founder and owner—brought his expertise and passion for service to TLC Transit. Prior to acquiring the company, Jon served as the Director of Transportation for the Board of Developmental Disabilities and as the Director of the Toledo Area Paratransit Services Department.

What began in 2017 as a 15-van operation has grown into Ohio’s largest Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT) fleet. At TLC Transit, our mission is rooted in providing quality, personalized transportation services to meet the unique needs of our community.
