Job Summary:
 
As a Family Service Advisor, you will help families navigate end-of-life planning, offering pre-need and at-need burial and memorial options. This role combines compassionate guidance with consultative sales, helping families make informed decisions while ensuring their wishes are honored.



Key Responsibilities:
• Assist families in selecting burial plots, mausoleums, cremation niches, and memorialization options.
• Provide guidance on pre-need planning and financing options.
• Support families with at-need arrangements during difficult times.
• Maintain accurate records of sales, agreements, and client interactions.
• Ensure compliance with cemetery policies and state regulations.
• Build relationships with local funeral homes, religious organizations, and community groups.
• Conduct outreach and educational seminars on end-of-life planning.



Qualifications:
• Compassionate and professional demeanor with excellent communication skills.
• Experience in sales, funeral services, customer service, or counseling is preferred.
• Ability to discuss sensitive topics with families in a caring and respectful manner.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn about cemetery services and regulations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software is a plus.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
