Fairway Independent Mortgage Corp currently has two Toledo locations, one in Sylvania and one in Maumee. Fairway is a top seven mortgage lender nationally closing over 39 billion in 2019 alone, and is the top FHA and Rural Housing lender Nationally.

As proud as we are about our National Strength and resources, our local Team are all Toledo proud and have tons of local experience and knowledge. Our local team is led by Branch Manager Marty Bihn with over 25 years of experience and complimented with Sales Managers Mike Simmons and Cheryl Carroll who each have over 20 years of experience. The rest of the team averages over ten years each and all live and work here locally.
